My dear friends father had passed away and I wanted to send her flowers. Grohe Florists has a professional staff that suggested some beautiful arrangements for me. I wanted to make sure there were tulips in the arrangement because me friend loves tulips. They also suggested the perfect accent flowers and had color suggestions. When I was on the phone with florist I got a little emotional because it made me think of my mother who recently passed away. He was so kind to me on the phone and waited until I got my composure. The arrangement was stunning as my friend received it and loved it. She sent me a photo of the arrangement. I called that morning and the flowers were delivered that day. Because I am not from Santa Rosa I was fortunate to get Grohe to assist me. Attention to detail and a caring staff.

Our order was received the evening before. It was stunning. The person who delivered our order. Clearly explained what to do to keep the design fresh until our funeral service the next day. The design looked as good as it did when it was delivered the following day. The rose heads were huge, which we loved. The design was better than what we expected. Wow!! Love this florist! Very friendly and responsive. Called kind of late in the morning during Christmas rush time for same-day delivery, and at first, he asked if he could do it the next day, that they were slammed. I said okay if that's all he could do but I mentioned it was for a birthday, and the second he heard it was for a birthday, he said he would make it happen. I didn't even have to ask. Love that kind of customer service and commitment to help make someone's day special!! Grohe Florist will always be my go-to for sending flowers!!

I called Grohe Florists from out of state to order a floral arrangement for the funeral of a family member in Santa Rosa. After describing the type of arrangement and colors we wanted, their staff took care of the rest. They confirmed the location and times of the services and worked with the Funeral Home to make sure the flowers arrived at the proper place at the proper time. In a moment of desperation, only 2 hours before a funeral service Ruben from Grohe was able to help me out! I had ordered flowers for this service from another company which decided to cancel the order. With only a few places to call that was near the church for the service Ruben was able to help me out. Grohe Florists Of Santa Rosa was absolutely wonderful to work with. First of all there online website is customer friendly and with there large variety of flower arrangement made it enjoyable picking out something special for my special person. I called them after placing the order and the lady who answer the phone was extremely friendly and profession and ensured me my flowers would not only be delivered on time but that they would take the extra step in getting to the right person during these covid time were dealing with. Ruben of Grohe Florists went above and beyond when I called a couple of hours before they closed and asked if it was possible to deliver sympathy flowers to a close friend whose grandmother just passed. Ruben said he would make it happen same-day since he understood what an important delivery it was. This was a work situation - a colleague had a premature baby... we pooled donations for flowers. Rather than go thru a national floral service, I always prefer to keep it local. We went with the "Premium" option, and they were STUNNING. We added the Teddy Bear for the 5 year old "Big Sister"...Mom loved them so much... it's nice to know we are supporting her and her family with something so gorgeous! Nice work!
