I ordered flowers from Grohe and they were very helpful describing the arrangement which made the decision easier. Their customer service is excellent. They returned calls, were very helpful about delivery dates and times and getting the names spelled correctly. Since I live on the East Coast, the long distance order and support they provided was superb and the recipients loved the arrangement. J
