Thank you for the opportunity to publicly tell you how much I appreciate the beautiful bouquets you delivered upon my request. Two weeks ago I ordered from you for the first time and, though it was late in the day and you were closed the next day, you committed to making the delivery to a nearby hospital. The recipient was very pleased with the flowers, especially that they were so fragrant. This week I placed another order to a rather remote location and you delivered another terrific arrangement. That recipient was also thrilled with her gift. I'm very pleased with the way Reuben took great care both times to ensure he got my orders right and that they were delivered as promised.
