I lived in Santa Rosa most of my life. But now am out of state. When I needed flowers for a sick friend delivered to the hospital, of course I thought of Grohe's. I ordered a beautiful arrangement on line to be delivered the same day. Later that day I get a text that my friend had been released early and was on her way home. I called Grohe's, they had not delivered yet and were able to reroute the delivery to her home in Windsor with no further charges. They were so kind and understanding on the phone. The flowers were delivered, were beautiful and so appreciated! So thank you Grohe's for going above and beyond!! Theresa S.
