I was able to make my order online and it was very easy. The flowers were beautiful and fresh. I had put in instructions that the recipient wasn't going to be home until a little later so they went above and beyond by placing the flowers in an inconspicuous spot and left a message for the recipient of where they were located in case they were missed. I have used this business before and was very pleased then as well. They do a wonderful job!

Recently a friend passed away in Santa Rosa so I wanted to send flowers. I find contacting a local shop is the best way to get the best service. I was lucky that I picked Grohe Florists from the list of options on the internet. The gentleman who answered their phone was so helpful and visited with me, making the transaction a treat rather than a chore. The flowers arrived at the home of the widow and she was thrilled. Not only were the colors vibrant but the stems were very close to the pictured arrangement. I am very lucky that I found Grohe Florist of Santa Rosa!

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
