If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Thank you so much for accommodating my floral needs! Like many people I have a lot going on and things can fall through the cracks of my schedule. You guys have come through on last minute deliveries over and over. I never have a critical expectation when I allow you guys to make the flower arrangement but it’s always above average. I have Grohe in my contacts because I do t need any other floral shop. Thank you again!

I live on the east coast and needed flowers sent to my sister locally in Santa Rosa as there was a tragedy and I wanted to send flowers that day. Grohe Florists took my order, helped with my message ( I was too distraught to think clearly) and got the flowers to her within hours which were a beautiful arrangement and helped to cheer her.
